Linda A. Feliciano began her career in construction working for a minority infrastructure development and general contracting subcontractor in Chicago, IL. Upon relocating to the state of Florida, her experience included job cost accounting of over $134M for several companies, she worked with general contractors, multi-family construction company, and a mechanical contractor. Due to her exceptional analytical and communication skills, she has held several positions including Estimating Assistant, Project Administrator, Project Accountant, Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, and Assistant Project Manager. She has served on several Board of Directors as a Secretary and/or Treasurer including NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction) and PMI (Project Management Institute). She is an active member of the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center Emerging Markets Task Force, Florida Government Finance Officers Association, Inc., Delta Epsilon Iota Honor Society, NATP, Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. and CFMA.

Her duties included maintaining open channels of communication between all project team members and ensuring deliverables were accomplished in an efficient manner. More specifically her role has been to support team members in performance of their assigned responsibilities. She was responsible for expediting purchase orders, subcontracts, invoices, Certified Payroll Reports, amendments, addendums, etc., to assure compliance of deadlines and budgets.

She managed the DPO and Tax Savings programs and budget, code adjustments, and ensured compliance with contract terms by reviewing, securing certificates of insurance, licenses and bonds as required, prepared AIA Pay Applications (owner billings), negotiating terms and prices with suppliers/vendors, prepared, disbursed checks, and other responsibilities as requested.

Her roles have allowed her to grasp and adhere to project goals, deadlines and financial boundaries in order to best allocate resources, benchmarking, scheduling and general coordination. Her education has further enhanced her abilities and her accomplishments have led to reducing days of outstanding A/R, winning Design-Build, LEED and other project awards, improving cost saving measures to the owner and the contractor while enhancing performance of lower tier subcontractors.
